Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. It may vary depending on product and quantity ordered.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx, UPS, Third partying shipping via Fedex and UPS.
If you are shipping third party collect. Please include:
Account number and zip code associated with that account.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
If you would like to return items that have been ordered. Please email mike@aislestripes.com or call 1-844-Floor5s (356-6757).
In the event of a returned item please include your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and purchase order number. Customer will be paying for shipping on the returned items.
We will not accept returns past 90 days of delivery. The items have to be in an unused condition and correctly packaged. For custom orders on floor tape and floor signs we will not accept return of items.
Your refund will be returned after 3-5 business days of delivery of returned items. The refund will be returned via check/ or credit card if you paid via credit card on our website www.5swarehouse.com. The refund will not include freight costs of the items.
Mighty Line offers a three year limited warranty on its floor tape. As long you do not drag or pull skids across the tape. If you have a return because of a manufacturers defect please follow these instructions.
